Cashify - Inaccurate Valuation of My Dell Inspiron 5000 Series Laptop

I had used Cashify's online platform to receive a quote for my Dell Inspiron **** Series laptop. The online quote provided by Cashify was ₹*,***, which was one of the reasons I decided to sell my laptop.
However, when their representative arrived at my location to inspect the laptop and complete the transaction, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to learn that the valuation had been significantly reduced to ₹*,***. This substantial discrepancy between the online quote and the in-person evaluation was both unfair and misleading.
Furthermore, the agent made false and inaccurate claims about the laptop's condition. Specifically, he stated that the laptop's trackpad and screen were faulty. I must emphasize that both the trackpad and the screen of my Dell Inspiron **** Series laptop are in excellent working condition. I believe that these false accusations were used as a means to justify the substantial decrease in the valuation, which is unacceptable and unethical.
