Cashify - Got scammed out of a payment

At **-**-**** I had sold a mobile phone to cashify. Their agent falsified the condition of the mobile phone and did not show me the report even though I asked him. With the trust of the brand name of cashify I sold the phone willingly. But soon after he left, I checked the report on the cashify website and soon after I realized what had happened, I contact the cashify customer care and they told me to not to try to get back the phone and rather let the technical staff deal with the situation. Due to public holidays cashify support team mailed me telling that they are not able to reach me. Two week later, I and cashify team agreed on an additional payment of INR ***. Since then they have apparently tried to pay me through NEFT and not by any other payment method as per their company policy. Today is **-**-**** and I have given them * different bank accounts and they still have not paid me the money stating that " every time payment has been made and it have been rolled back because of some unfortunate circumstances. " and they ask me for another bank details and tell me to wait for another *-* working days.
