I placed an order on flipkart for a pair of t-shirt on **th September and it got confirmed also, even seller started processing my order and item was picked up by courier and was hopefully shipped and even reached at flipkart facility but then it suddenly gets cancelled by seller and i get to know about this on **th september when it was expected to arrive, i talked with customer care and they told me that the order was cancelled by seller due to underpriced of product and then another support guy told that it was cancelled due to the item was out of stock...i mean they can't decide what was the reason, but surely it was not due to stock problem as it was packed and shipped, and the other thing why do i care when it was underpriced? its seller's problem and flipkart's problem .... its problem in there system or software why do consumer face issue and there was a lack of support too while chatting with consumer care as they were not helping and telling to wait till the price gets low,,, why do i wait and till when who knows?? the price of * pack of tshirt costed me ***/- and then it showed a price of ***/- after some time,,, it is not my problem...a person of sane mind will take it as discount which a lot of brands and companies give .......now the loss i suffered due to this cannot be counted in terms of money,, because the time i wasted in searching for product, time wastage while texting support care, the money i paid to them which i got refunded the next day, the mental harassment, lack of support , not willing to fulfill order, adverse/ false advertisement to lure customers, scamming people using unfair trade practices this cannot be expressed in terms of money,, but atlast the support said sorry! this was not i was expecting, i want VOXYA to help me as i am naive in all this, please voxya help me out with this issue,, i want you guys to stand shoulder to shoulder with me,,, i am ready to do anything you guys say to do,, i have proof of order, payment, chat with support, cancellation msg and pretty much everything to punish these false sellers and their aggregators/ ecom operators !!!
