I ordered rice water shampoo and rice water conditioner from the app and prepaid for it on * July ****. I received message after couple of hours that I have completed my order. On ** July I received an OTP thrice time. And received message that I will be getting my package today. But unfortunately I only got one package. I got a receipt of two products. But got only one package. I have then called the courier guy. And said him the problem. The courier guy said that I will receive another package after * days. But since today its been a week. I have contact mama earth in every way. I have emailed them. Chat with them. But received no response from them. I need my shampoo. Please be helpful.
