Mama earth - Haven t got any confirmation mail nor any tracking ID

Yesterday on *th may I order some products from mamaearth and paid my bill of rs ****. After so many hour I haven't got any confirmation mail or msg from their side. My money is debited but they haven't send any confirmation mail. I checked my orders section from app it aslo shows empty.
Plz help me to recover my problem or try to refund my money plz sir
