I did a transaction with GOIBIBO.COM on *-*-**** at *:** AM which got declined so I tried again at *:** AM and it went through (*nd attempt) but I received sms alert from my bank about the money being debited for both the transaction...
...so I contacted the customer care & they first declined receiving any such money. I reached(call) my bank and they confirmed that the money is credited to their account and return process is to be initiated from GOIBIBO side.
... so again I called GOIBIBO customer care and this time I told the bank confirmed the amount is credited and so they accepted the transaction. Then I asked to RETURN me my money as double tickets have been booked in same flight and they asked me cancel any * booking whereas my argument was my transaction was successful in *nd attempt so I don't have any booking to cancel so they informed that first booking was also done. The guy said to get refund I have to cancel * booking and I told I want my money to be returned and not refunded that too ***% so I asked to send me a confirmation email stating I will get ***% of my money so the guy said I will get in touch with you in ** hours but didn't get in touch...
...so next day I called again and the customer care guy said the they cannot commit on amount as it will come from airlines(AIR INDIA) so I said don't drag any *rd party as I did a booking with GOIBIBO and I won’t entertain any *rd part in between. I called them for more than ** times and send ** email reminders. I even asked about the amount the airlines will be refunding but no reply. I also did follow up with supervisor Mr. Sanidhya and after my much persistence to talk to no other than the final decision making authority and floor supervisor Mr. Subobroto and they assured me that the case is with top management and they will get in touch with me.
I am still calling and trying to reach but no conclusion and now they have stopped replying to my emails.
