Dear sir,
i am using sbi credit card. in the month of april **, my mobile was hacked by calling paytm kyc and purchased rs***** and same day i was blocked the card and informed to sbi to stop the transaction and filed FIR in cyberabad poolice staion also.eventhough repeted mails sbi care didnot responded and after one week they send a mail to me to make the payment. since last *months i was sending repeted mails and requesting about the issue ,there is no proper response from them. now they are calling everyday to make the payment and adding interst for the total amount. they are harrsaing me everyday over phone,.police saying that case is under investgation, So please help me on this issue sir
