I Booked the ticket for my Mother age ** through - LowerBerth/Sr. Citizen Quota along with me while booking the ticket it highlighted the status - ticket type Lower Berth/Sr. Citizen but after i got confirmation ticket type booked under category "General" and i cancelled the ticket they charged ***rs and again i repeated the same . While booking it showing Sr.Citizen Category but after ticket type changed to General with Waiting List. After I went to reservation counter they saying only ticket should be brought with Name of Sr. Citizen whereas we shouldn't add any other passenger name (Escort) but my concern was why don't the system stopped us booking the ticket instead of diverting to General Category .When i dont want my Mother to travel in General Category because of adding my Name as Escort in the passenger List both of our tickets were diverted to General Category and Marked as Waiting List. After we cancel immediately they charging unnecessarily . I feel this is looting the common man instead of fixing a small logic code over the application.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
