IRCTC Ltd - Booked the same ticket twice

This complaint is regarding Double tatkal tickets booked on irctc . On my first attempt the app said error occurred and the amount was debited . I waited for * mins for updates of ticket confirmation but I didn't get any response via email or message . I even checked upcoming section of the app even that showed nothing so I tried to book tickets again and again the amount has been deducted from my account and again I got no email or message for your end but now suddenly I could see two successful transaction on the app . And still o have not received any updates over mail or message .So I request you to provide refund for one of the transaction .
