I have ordered a Redmi Note * Pro phone from shoprishi.com on *th May ****. Transaction carried out by PhonePe UPI method whose transaction id is P**********************.
But today as we open the website it says it is shut down and the amount shall be refunded back.
The call has been made several times but no answer or when answered, however, the call been disconnected from their side as if tried to discuss the order.
Contact numbers are: ***********, **********, **********. Many others like me have been facing this dispute.
