Shivam Garg filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 28, 2020
I purchased a trolley bag of Nasher Miles from Flipkart. Delivered on *th November **** but the quality was not good and I raised a return request within * minutes of delivery.
Return request was approved and a pickup got scheduled for **th November ****. At the time of pickup, the pickup boy said he is on * wheeler and it won't be possible for him to take at this moment, so he requested me to wait for * wheeler that he will send till evening. I agreed to him and waited for the whole day, but no one came to me. I called Flipkart and explained everything. The executive asked me to wait till the last tentative date given to me by Flipkart.
I called several times Flipkart and no one took ownership of my issue.
On **th November ****, I was checking the Flipkart app and was shocked after seeing my return request got cancelled without informing me about it. I talked to an executive and she mentioned that this request was cancelled on **th November ****. The error was mentioned as "Technical Error". I asked her and many executives and managers to explain why this happened and what is this error all about but no one told anything. They asked me to wait for the next tentative date given by Flipkart for pickup. I requested them to send me a mail and they said we do not send mails to costumers. I wrote a mail to outreach@flipkart.com and explained everything but no one responded to it. They said if there is any cancellation in future after the product expiry period than I will be able to again raise the return request within ** hours after cancellation.
I waited for the given date but again I saw my request got cancelled from Flipkart side with the same issue mentioned. I asked an executive about the issue and he mentioned that I have to reinitiate the return request again and again till my product is picked up.
Now I am not able to raise the return request and on the app, it is showing that my return period is expired and my request got cancelled yesterday night from Flipkart side, it's not ** hours completed and I am not able to reinitiate the request.
The requested the executive to reinitiate the return request and he mentioned he is also not able to return it and asked me to call them again in ** hours.
I am taking follow up with Flipkart for the last ** days and not getting a solution. Instead of any result, I am getting lies after lies from Flipkart executives - I asked them what is the exact problem they said that the request was cancelled from the seller side. I asked them if the request is cancelled from the seller side than why the pickup boy came to my place and why the status is shown as request accepted from the seller side on the app. And suddenly executive changed his statement by mentioning that " I am sorry sir, it was cancelled from Flipkart side due to technical error".
I want my refund as soon as possible.
