I have order food on ZOMATO app from khaderbagh, mehdipatnam,hyderabad location on **th december ****,at **.** PM.I have paid the amount as prepaid but during some reason i have immediately cancel my order,even there is no customercare number also to speak & resolve. there is only chat option i asked for refund from chat they told no refund possible, ok then i asked for food delivery the bastards refused to do delivery also.Means the customer who paid total bill prepaid he is punishing & whole paid money is going into the pockets of ZOMATO.Even there is no customer care also to speak and esculate the issue only cjhat option that also sending computarised replies again & again i chat with that useless chat boat for ** minutes after that also they refused to refund and also refused to do food delivery.Its exhibited clearly how zomato cheating customers and earning money illegaly.my ZOMATO ORDER ID : **********
