Zomato Food Delivery - Refund from Zomato

I ordered KFC from Zomato. hey delivered it * hour later and the food was cold and dry. They even missed an item. I raised a complain but it didnt show the missing item because it was add on. they onyl gave ** rs refund. I got very upset because it is not the first time. So I went to the KFC itself and asked them why is it cold and dry and why is the missing Item, they said, we dont know. They only kept trying to avoid the actual problem. they said If I need a compensation I need to reach out to Zomato because they cant do it fo mtheir side. I again raised a complain and the complain was closed and I couldnt raise a ticket anymore. KFC people were not trying to take responsibility because the Zomato arrived late. Whom should I reach out to again. I got fed up and gave away the food to them and walked away. They didnt utter a word at all. I emailed Zomato regarding this, they said they will look into it but the KFC didnt confirm the compensation, so they cant take it any futher. I lost my money for nothing. I didnt eat anything that night. It really affected me mentally and disturbed. I am unable to get over it. I tried to let it go but I didnt hear from KFC or Zomato. This is mkaing me feel more worse. I cant keep losing my money all the time like this. I need a refund or compensation from the KFC.
