Made an online air ticket booking from Bengaluru to Singapore on ** July on https://www.travolook.in/. The amount was immediately taken from my card. However, the Travolook immediately sent me a cancellation. They have not refunded me the amount after numerous calls to their support center. They hang up the call if refund is demanded. Very bad experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
