Onida TV was purchased from Flipkart on Oct,**** with an extended warranty from Jeeves consumer services validity till Oct,****
On **/**/**** claim was raised & one week later a technician called up to ask for a video of TV to explain the issue & the claim was rejected due to inappropriate attention from the Technician appointed that by not visiting the place raised a claim.
on **/**/** another technician got appointed as informed by jeeves but again no one has visited till **/**/**** & upon calling again we received a response to wait for one more week.
Till date no one has visited or no one has solved the issue lying open since a month.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
