I purchased One assist insurance worth **** and renewed next year with total amount of *****. few days back when my phone got accidentally damaged ,i filed a claim , but they tried to underestimate my repair cost .whereas my device had multiple issues from display , audio and battery . even after multiple followups they behaved like robot and repaired just display , for which they are asking additional cost of **** . i repeatedly asked them to rediagnose as my phone have some other issues , but without my consent they continued with repair of display and now aasking me to pay extra amount of ****. Without my consent they deducted ***** from my total sum insured of ***** and now they are asking **** extra . i am going through a lot of mental torture from their side and not able to focus on my work. I even asked that replace the device , bcz after display and battery issue , device comes under Beyond economic repair category , but they deliberately ignored it so that they dont have to bear replacement cost . now they are holding my phone and aksing me addition **** and then only they will send my phone to them . first they never took my consent before starting repair and reducung amount from sum insured which is my right , now they are keeping my phone and not sending me back . they falsely quoted underestimated amount so they dont have to replace device . service id number ********. Membership id **********
