When I try to book an appointment, on my VFS dashboard it shows that "an applicant with this passport number has been already added". Regarding this on ** March **** I have contacted VFS team, now it's been ** days and they are keep telling me that my case is on high priority list and they are still working on it. On * May **** I have contacted a supervisor named Priyanshu and he said that it will be solved before evening but it's not solved and again I have contacted customer support team on ** May **** then I have recived an acknowledgement stating that the issue will be resolved in * working days, after two working days I haven't recieved any update from their side. I not having any other way to solve this that's why I am writing this. I hope you will do the same as soon as possible.
