On VFS Global site, it is mentioned that they do not charge for booking an appointment and scheduling appointment is free, however, they charge for their service. It is contradictory to the statement that "appointment scheduling is free".
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
