Dear Sir , I am blind faith customer of Hyundai Car. but this time they broken my faith in HMIL. I had visited the Hyundai dealership Superon Hyundai , Sohana Road , Gurgaon , Haryana on ** August **** and in exchange offer I evaluate my car By Mr Naresh with sales excutive Mr Sahil of value *,**,*** plus **,*** Bonus for that so Total *,**,***. I booked the new car Santro Sportz CNG on the spot with booking amount **,***. On ** Sep **** I handed over my old car Reg No HR-** BD **** to Superon Hyundai. My New car Delivered to me on ** Sep **** as per promise given to me and old car price payment also paid to me.
But My old car till date not transfer from my name. Since last ** Month a long time this car with Superon Hyundai on my name. several time I contacted to Superon Hyundai Mr Kamal, Mr Sahil and Mr. Naresh but they told he still not sale.
I also contacted to Regional office Hyundai In Feb **** but no fruitful result came. I am totally upset with that once I exchange my car and It is not with me then why not HMIL transfer it from my name. My worry about is that how many years or months it on my name when I am not using it.
One day I visited Superon Hyundai Hero honda chowk and find somone drive this car. I asked thm they told me that they take out from Garage for washing on Yesterday . I found Battery replaced Car side touched somewhere with bend on it.
Kindly pay attention towards this it is a serious concern otherwise
