I AM HAVING AN OLA ELECTRIC MADE SCOOTER MODEL: OLA S*, AND SCOOTER GOT BROKE DOWN ON ROAD A WEEK BEFORE (**-**-****), I HAVE NOTIFIED THE SAME WITH CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH CALL AND E-MAIL FOR SIX DAYS, NO RESPONSE. THEN I HAVE ARRANGED CONTACT THROUGH NEAR BY DEALER WITH OLA SERVICE CENTER AND A TECHNICIAN VISITED MY SCOOTER FOR TWO DAYS AND REPAIRED THE SAME AND THE VERY NEXT DAY (**-**-****) I GOT THE SAME ISSUE AND CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER AND LOCAL DEALER AGAIN, TILL THE MOMENT I DON'T HAVE ANY UPDATES, THE PERSONS OF DEALERSHIP WHICH I HAVE CONTACTED BEFORE IS NOT ANSWERING MY CALL NOW, FOR THE PAST DAYS I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT BY ARRANGING ALTERNATE TRAVEL METHODS TO REACH MY OFFICE. I HAVE PAID NEARLY RS. ****** FOR THE NEW SCOOTER ON NOVEMBER ****.
