Scooter accessories not delivered, got a message in whatsapp saying the accessory is available when I went the denied saying it is not there, I have been a customer for OLA for over an year and asking for the accessories from long time it is already delayed and now today I am faced so much harassments when I am trying to raise complain over phone twice they have disconnected my call. Also the service person at ola experience center doesn't care at all that I cam all the way, they are busy making sales.
