Harish Dixit filed complaint against Ola Cab on Jul 12, 2021
I booked one outstation cab from Indore to Barwaha Madhya Pradesh. At the time of booking the estimated fare was **** rs. The distance between the places is ** KM. I have used Ola from same place many times in past also and I have paid amount between **** to **** only.
This time driver took a different route and I opposed it but he did not listen. He said there is traffic in the city so I will take you to this route. I was not aware of that new route and had no idea.
That round comes out to be very long and my total journey exceeded by ** km.
My total bill was **** rs which is very high for ** km and micro cab.
When I raised complaint with Ola they said driver is telling that I have asked him to take that route.
I am very disappointed and no one is helping me.

I need my money refunded and I will just pay **** rs mentioned by Ola at the time of booking
