I booked an ola cab. The driver called me for the location and after knowing the location he acted as if no network. Again I called him he started making fun of me and abused me. He started mocking me and forced me to cancel my ride. I said I can't because it was an emergency for me to reach that location where my customer was waiting. I lost that customer because of this ola cab driver. After that, the driver kept on calling me forcing and abusing. It has mentally harassed me. They need to be handled seriously. My work of Rs ***** was lost just because of this. Everything is gone. I get these contracts once in * to months. I need compensation for that and also I still mentally ill because of his calls.
