I have took a ride using ola cabs on Mar **th and after completion of a ride I have paid to driver using paytm. Ola Money was claiming that l, I have selected the payment type as ola money but I didn't and they might have changed the default payment option which I am not aware. I have paid to driver after all my rides in past as well.
I have raised a concern/complaint on olacabs app between Apr ** to **. Since then there is no relation the complaint. I have added nodal officer as well on the email chain for complaint on May *rd, even after that no response on email and no resolution to complaint.
I have been getting continuous recorded calls for payment to olamoney, added late fees, issuing legal notice, impacting CIBIL score etc... I have been called by their collection representative few times in past *.* months and I have explained it to them, everyone said we will get this resolved but no resolution yet.
I am really tired of all this every day with recorded calls and messages. This is heights of harassing any customer without giving the solution and surprisingly nodal officer is also sitting like blind on emails.
I am hoping with this complaint, this can be resolved
