On ** September **** I have booked ola cab from pali hill to thane fare was *** first I was trying to pay by debit card but due to network issue it didn't happened so I choose the option cash payment during ride my bank account deducted *** payable to ola and as we completed our ride driver asked for the fare and faught with us as it was showing cash payment so I have paid twice for the ride..after several mails I am getting only support mails no solution no refund only asking to provide bank statement. After providng that too same kind of mails are inboxed.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
