- Ola cabs not refunding my Rs. 243 Open
On *rd July ****, I booked an Ola Cab for Delhi - Gurgaon (CRN **********) and chose the mode of payment as google pay and paid Rs. *** through google pay to ola before the ride ended. However, after the ride completed Ola app showed me to pay cash to the driver again. I called ola customer support executive but they didn't respond to my call for ** mins. I paid the cash to the driver and asked ola_support on twitter for refund they assured me for the refund in ** business days. After ** business days also they started procrastinating by saying that the payment failed on the merchant end and I should contact google pay for the refund. When I contacted google pay they told me that from their end payment is successful and they sent me a mail for proof. On contacting my bank (ICICI) they told me that the amount deducted was already credited to A/C no:- ************* and IFSC Code:- UTIB*******. On checking the IFSC code I found that it is Bank: Axis Bank Address: No.***, ** Feet Road,*th Block Industrial Layout, Koramangala State: Karnataka. Then I was sure that ola has eaten my money and they aren't refunding it. I want to get my money back as well as get a heavy penalty for keeping my money for these many days and not responding actively.
