The cab was booked for my dad (a senior citizen) to be dropped off at Banaswadi Rly station. Hope the importance of the ride at a peak time in this city is well understood at your end and also aware of the inconveniences caused due to the last *min of cancellation. The quality of the service being rendered by your firm may be kept on priority as many a time I have encountered last minute cancellation by the driver.
