Totalling Rs.****/-. Ola keeps this as due and asking me to pay before due date of June **th, otherwise penalty will be added. I have approached Ola customer support ola/grivence ola/nodalofficer ola through app as well as through mail from May **th onwards onwards asking to cancel the amount ****/- shown as due. To confirm with the driver also. But still they are asking to pay the due amount. Pl help me ola to cancel the due amount.
