I have been using ola service for the past * years. I prefer ola cabs and autos than any other cabs because of its reasonable price for service. But nowadays those drivers are asking to pay extra amount like **₹ + ola estimated amount and telling reasons like that location is too far. I'm staying near the IT park and cabs is the only way of quick transportation. If we refuse they will cancel the ride. This seems unwelcome. I'm lodging this complaint, not by the one time I paid the extra amount by today this is my *th time. If you can't resolve this issue then I'm requesting the team to disconnect the service from the location so that others will not also suffer.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
