I ordered a product under "all return " policy . The product I got was wrong , not same as shown . I placed exchange complain * times that they canceled on their own . After that I placed return complain that also got canceled. I called the help centre continuously * days after which they reinitiated return but again it was canceled. It's been more than ** days that I am stuck into their stupid customer exploitation game .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
