Prathima Prakash filed complaint against Meesho And Xpressbess Courier on Oct 20, 2022
I have ordered a smart watch(Boat) with Order ID[protected] and received a fake product in the name of meesho courier (as attached in screenshots) on **th October. Instead of that I got a courier with six marbles packed and kept inside it. There is no label on the box and the outer Box is of amazon. Contacted Meesho customer care and they are saying that the order was not sent by them and rejected the refund claim. Asking to contact the courier boy for the refund. Also the delivery partner is XpressBee and delivery Boy and Manager has provided all the AWB number and tracking status stating that product was given by Meesho.

They have collected money from me with amount of ****/- . I need the refund amount. Please consider this as a Priority.
