Purchased kneepads for Rs****. After receiving them, I noticed they wouldn't fit me. Then checked for the return policy. Surprisingly, no phone number to contact on the website, FB page. Even they are very clever in avoiding the sender details on the consignment. Through mail ID provided, I lodged my request to return the item. It is almost **+ days, still waiting for the acknowledgment.
