I have purchased Kent RO purifier on Feb ****.since then machine is showing low TDS which couldn't be corrected by the authorised service engineers who have been called several times.they had also changed the sensor but problem returned immediately.so the machine is defective by default.
I requested kent and khosla electronic from where I had purchased the product to replace the machine or refund my money.But kent is saying that they don't have the policy to return or refund and khosla is staying silent..
