- Not satisfied with the classes and humiliated and insulted by the staff Open
I , Gurjeet Singh , started my SAP Ariba Course with Henry Harvin on **th July. It's been a month and I am really disappointed with the quality of classes and henceforth , I am writing to you. I am a working professional and I joined this course with certain objectives in essence to change my career path and I made it pretty clear with the sales team when I was approached for the course. I signed-up for the course which proposed a three hour class two days a week in brochure for a specific tenure of *.* to * months. But the mentor team, especially Siddharth, is un-accommodating and turns a deaf-ear to all the suggestions and feedback which I put forward.
Post my last class I was contacted by Siddharth and talked rudely to. I expressed the concerns for the course curriculum and the trajectory the course is at this point of time. And my concerns & feedback were termed as "crap" and oher disrespectful words , the screenshots of which are present on my phone. I am discouraged from asking the question in regards to the course curriculum and my personal doubts in the class for which I paid for in full and was promised high quality teaching and doubt resolutions in return. There are videos that need to be put as recording session , which apparently are too difficult for Siddharth to edit , if I ask my doubts ("which is crap") in live session.
I am highly dis-satisfied with the kind of service being provided by Henry-Harvin and would therefore like to discontinue my association with Henry Harvin and I expect full refund of the amount which I paid for the association , because the mentor clearly stated that the course will going on as per his stipulated trajectory and no accomodation/changes will be made in the progression of the course which do-not comply with my time frame expectations of the course. Simple mathematical analysis of last month's classes would state the fact that only *-* hours class happend in * month and keeping up with the same pace & trajectory (Which my mentor team is quite adamant about not changing) , it will take somewhere around * months to complete the course and this is not what I was promised and highly unacceptable.
Looking forward to your prompt revert on this issue as this is serious and involves my hard earned money.
