I want to bring to your kind notice about the non-issuance of matured Kisan Vikas bond. Funds were not released by the Jaleswar post office. The said certificates have matured already in the year **** and since then I have been trying to withdraw the funds but in vain. In spite of providing me with all the necessary documents as I am the declared nominee. I currently reside in Pune and its difficult for me to visit Jaleswar only for this purpose. My mother who initially kept the savings certificates had put me as her legal nominee but she had expired in the year **** because of cancer. I tried to locate the certificate at my home in Jaleswar however couldn't find them. I believe it has been misplaced and I want the duplicate certificates. Luckily I have the certificate numbers with me, the details of which are as follows:

I have provided every document from my side (written application more than * times, signed indemnity bond, affidavit for loss of certificate etc) but each time I am again asked to get some more documents. I have spent a lot of my effort and money in the process but all seems in vain.
Will be obliged if you can register a complaint against the India post for delaying and mentally harassing me all these years.
