Yatra - Not refunding whole amount

I had booked the flight in feb, **** but due to this pandemic covid-** situation the flights got cancelled and the refund amount credited to airline shell amount. Yatra took those amount in their wallet. Now yatra is not refunding the whole amount. I sent couple of mails to yatra but no response. I feel being victimised and cheated here in this crisis situation. Please help me get my whole money
