Nobroker - Not refunding the advance amount

I booked a renovation service at Nobroker and paid a token amount of ***** as advance, then as plans got changed I wanted to cancel the service. They have not moved a niddle and not refunding. Before starting the work I cancelled, still they are not returning the money.
