I took a subscription of **** plan (I.e relax plan)on **th Feb **** I.e (Saturday morning)
For searching a rental property. After subscription is done I got a call from relationship manager at **:** Am telling like will help you on searching properties at your desired location with your budget friendly and I told them that I will start search from *:** pm noon to *:** pm evening to provide support during that timings. I waited for a call till *:** pm and searched only * properties from NoBroker and when I went to search *st property, NoBroker app was miss guided the location and there is no such properties and the locality is full of commercial complex shops so I left app and didn’t went to search remaining * properties. finally I found a property with my own and after that I called to NoBroker team to refund my amount as I didn’t received any support from them on same day evening at *:** pm, But they are telling that the amount is not refundable. Can anyone help me how to get my refund
