No Broker - Not refund money Rs 3435

I took rent agreement service with no broker on ** sep ****, but later due to my owner is out of city, cancelled the request on ** sep **** and they said we will refund your whole money within * working days. But after that they took more than ** days, again call them and ask about refund, they said we need your bank details, provided the bank details to them, after that they said we will refund you in * working days, but still the refund not get, again called them, they are keep on giving new excuses to me like we have issue with transaction we will send money in next * working days, but still refund is not receive, now they are not receiving my call also, so finally decided to put a complain against no broker on ** Oct ****.
