I booked a room for two person date **/**/** my booking id: OI*x**** from my registered Name : Shyam this booking completed by oyo callceneyer agent .after booking . When I reached on hotel then hotel receptionlist Said Thai there is no room available. And said that you can go
Then I talk with multiple times Oyo callcenter agent but no any solved my problem
And all callcenter agent transfer my call ** time but not resolved my problem , .so I want refund my booking amount.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
