- Not rectifying the Technical issue in my Mobile Closed

I am working in a government office. As part of my duties I will be using the mobile for Aadhar Authentication of the beneficiaries and also I have to mark my attendance through adhaar authenticated Bio metric device. I bought Samsumg M** in *th quarter of January - **** with * year full warranty. So that it will be useful in discharging my duties. In November **** my device did not recognize any of the external biometric devices. As such I was not able to mark my attendance and not able to do Aadhar authentications of the beneficiaries. I visited nearest Samsung Mobiles Service Center. They replaced some component and the device was working fine. Again from **th December the same problem started and the device did not recognize the bio metric devices. This time the service center technician says that there is no problem is Samsung M** mobile. The problem is the same bio metric devices that work fine in other mobiles is not recognized in my Samsung M** device. They are not ready to give any solution to my problem. Even though my device is in warranty period, they are not providing any solution to my problem.
