Ajio - Not receiving the self shipped package twice

I wanted to return an item . They said aelf ship it. I self shipped it twice first time with delhivery and second time with DTDC. Their given address which is a warehouse isn't accepting the return parcel and rejected it multiple times. When i contacted company they only have one statement which is sir you have to ship it we cant do anything. Meanwhile in this process lost *** rupees as courier fee
