It has been close to * months now but they have not refunded the amount.When I booked the flight ticket on Travolook, it got cancelled because of their technical issues and till not I have not received the refund amount which they claim will come in **-** days.
I booked on **th may **** and today is *th July ****, but no information on refund yet. Everytime I call the support, they say it will come in * day or already refunded from their end. Now they have started saying the issue is with bank, but they themselves dont provide any details on the refund.
