We booked "Two Anti-Stress Mesh Squishy Ball" each of ruppes ***, total amount - *** on **-**-**** at **:**am due to some reasons we cancelled the order and the company said the money will be refunded to the original payment within *-** days but I didn't received my refund , so once I checked refund status it's saying the money is initiated but I didn't received money to my account, I again contacted the company customer care service but they are not responsible at all.Sir please help me in refunding my money back please
