I am extremely frustrated with the way Excitel is avoiding my request of returning me my money which they claim to return in ** days wherein it's been *** days that I stopped using their services,returned their device bit still I haven't received my money. I made several calls to customer care, I have their recording as well with their fake commitments and lies but still I haven't received my money.
It's very stressful that you pay them money, do as they want but still struggle in getting your own money.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
