I have booked flight tickets on **.**.**** through goibibo app vide ticket PNR I*UCPZ and travel dated **.**.****. I have booked the above ticket with cancellation protection and paid extra charges for the same (copy of ticket attached) . After that ticket was cancelled by me on ** **.**** and I got the confirmation on email for refunding of Rs. ****/- with guaranteed gocash for delay in refunding (copy of mail attached). However I have not yet received any refund till date. I tired to contact with giibibo but no any response received. I have checked the amount of credit vouchers it is Rs****/- only.
