- Not providing service Open
I have purchased a symphony cooler with model no. TOUCH ** worth Rs. ***** last year on **th April with a warranty period of * year. The cooler stops cooling by itself. We called customer care on **th April **** for giving the required service as the cooler is still in warranty. They registered a complaint #"BN***********" and told us technician will come within the next ** hours but no one came. On **th April **** again we called them for the same. Again they told us that technician will come and check the problem within the next ** hours, but again no one came yet. As a brand, they keep saying that they provide a good service but when it comes to a situation like this they file the complaint as a high priority but they don't do anything for their customers. It is so difficult for us with the cooler with no cooling. We don't know what to do and where to call. This is really very bad service from such a branded company.
I request you to please take some action against them.
