Zoomacar provided a car with tyres completely worn out. After driving *** km, the tyres were damaged and couldn’t be driven. I had to replace the old tyre with a new one and now when I requested for a refund, they are denying stating I have damaged the tyres, looking at the tyres and layman can make out the condition of the tyres that they were not drivable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
