Hyundai - Not providing Duplicate invoice or euro standard of my car engine

My car Santro registration is going to expire on **st Jan ****. To extend my car registration, rto demands either duplicate invoice or euro standard of my car. After dealer of my car refused to provide the same, I called customer care of hyundai. Through Customer care representative, I talked to their regional office sales executive. First they promise to solve my problem but after ** days they started taking excuses and not picking my calls. I have sent several mails but they even not reply one of them. My car is in good condition and I am also not in condition to purchase new car now. I am totally depressed by their response. Is it not my right to know my car emission standard euro rating. Without knowing my car euro rating, rto denied to register my car. After **st Jan ****, my car cut in scrap
