- Not Processing the Refund Open
We visited their showroom for furniture needs. After that we were told to pay *****/- as upfront to get discount deal of ** percent which we were told was fully refundable if we do not wish to go ahead later by their sales person Named Suproteek Chawdhury. After that zoo meetings were conducted by them for showing us designs an input from our side. After which measurements were taken of our flat. It was then informed to us that their products are premade with specific measurements and we would not get furniture which exactly fits our room dimension. We did not want such furniture hence we decided to opt out. But when we demanded refund we were told that this cannot be refunded as we had taken their services on the zoom meetings of designing furniture. Which should not be charged as they dell furniture and there isn't any designing charge as such. we tried but thier rude staff was not ready to listen and the sales person who promised refund had left the job. we also told that for the trouble they had to do for measurement and designing , charge some fee but paying *****/- is not justified. We want our *****/- refund
